Discovery at Tatum Place - Concrete Repairs

Discovery at Tatum Place - Roofing Project - Building # 9

Discovery at Tatum Owners and Residents, During the week beginning Monday, February 7, 2022, Paramount Kanga Roofing will begin work on the roof of Building #9.  This includes Units # 1213, 1214, 1215, 1216, 1217, and 1218 for the next 14 - 18 days (weather permitting). Work will be starting daily at approximately 7:00 am. each day and is subject to change pending weather, crew availability, product availability, etc. Heavy equipment will be operating while this project is going on and it will be noisy at times. Paramount Kanga Roofing will work hard to make sure they work as quickly as possible when moving equipment and tiles. They have assured us they will take every precaution necessary to protect your property and your family as the project moves forward. Please move any items on your patio that you don't want damaged by an accidental falling object. Paramount Kanga Roofing and the Discovery at Tatum Homeowner's Association will not be responsible for any damage. The roofers will also need some open spaces for dumpsters, cranes, and materials. For your safety and to prevent damage please move your vehicle(s) from these designated areas. There will be workers in/around the patio areas cleaning them and keeping them free of debris. The roofers will do their best at maintaining a clean work environment.
